$25 per competitor (Pay on the day-Cash only, no EFTPOS available on-site) / spectators free An 8:00am-8:30am arrival time is necessary to allow time to register, get set up etc, but all participants must arrive by 9:00am at the absolute latest ready for a 9:30am start. See further down the page for registration form for this event. We are utilising the South Burnett Shooting complex for our open day. It can be located at: South Burnett Shooting Complex, Rifle Range Road, Wondai QLD 4606 Please check the map further down the page for further location details.
This will be followed by a safety briefing and course walkthrough between 9:30-10am, with competitors beginning course runs immediately following safety brief and walkthrough. All competitors will receive a minimum of one scored course run for the day, with further course runs per competitor dependant on the number of attending competitors. Target amount is 3 scored course runs per competitor. A sausage sizzle lunch will be available for all attendees of the day. $5 for a can of softdrink and 2 sausages in bread.
We are also proud to announce that our grand opening event is being sponsored by Tactical Edge Hobbies! They have generously donated some items to be given away during the day, more details on these giveaways will be available on the day. All attendees(both competitors and spectators) MUST read and sign both a waiver and the GBPSC rules and regulations. Failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the premises. These documents are available on our website here. you may bring a printed and signed copy of the waiver with you, or sign a copy upon registration. A seperate form stating that you have read the GBPSC rules and regulations and agree to them will be available for you to sign upon registration.
A custom or high end blaster is not required, please don’t feel like you need to spend a lot of money to participate. A more expensive blaster does not guarantee being the best, in the end it comes down to your individual skill. GBPSC welcomes all competitors at all levels of experience.
Please read the GBPSC Rules & Regulations to decide which class and division you wish to participate in. All classes and divisions will be run at this event, dependant on competitor numbers in each division/class. You MUST obtain/use the relevant equipment for each class/division you wish to participate in as stated in GBPSC R&R’s. Classes and divisions will be marked upon registration.
